On Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, Marvin and Agnes Phillips check out the new site for the 60 foot pine tree that grew at their family home in Westchester. They donated the tree as Westchester's village Christmas tree, which is in the process of being decorated next to fire station #1 on Roosevelt Road.
