Xiaochen Wang and Rong Rong will celebrate their first Thanksgiving dinner at Elizabeth Reyes' St. Charles home where Wang and Rong are staying as a part of a pilot program at Elgin Community College. Reyes is the director of the college's Intensive English Program and is hosting Chinese residents Wang and Rong.
