The Chicagoland Czech-American Community Center, 6635 Cermak Rd. in Berwyn held a grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012. The event featured former NASA astronaut Eugene Cernan, a Chicago native of Czech descent who is know for being the last man to walk on the moon.
