On Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, Rudy Dubis and Roy Bailey, both of Batavia, and are members of the Batavia Access Committee, collect toys at Batavia City Hall, that were donated at the previous night's city council meeting. The committee is in desperate need of toys, especially for older kids, to donate to Batavia families in need.
